The Versa's three available trim levels are all powered by a 1.6L four-cylinder engine that creates 122-horsepower and 114 lb-ft of torque. If you decide that the S trim fits your needs, a five-speed manual transmission comes standard. You can also upgrade the S to a continuously variable transmission, which comes standard on the SV and SR. Models with the CVT can get an impressive 32 mpg in the city and 40 mpg on the highway. Safety Features

One thing all three trim levels have in common is their extensive list of standard safety features. Forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking is included, as well as reverse automatic emergency braking. You also get automatic high beams, lane departure warning, and pedestrian detection.

The SV and SR models also have blind-spot monitoring to act as your second set of eyes on the roads of Chapel Hill. Trim Levels

On the exterior, this midlevel option also has heated side mirrors and alloy wheels. Satellite radio rounds out the upgrades found on the SV.

For everything the 2021 Versa has to offer, go with the SR model for life in High Point or Winston-Salem. It has LED headlights as well as fog lights and goes up to 17-inch wheels. The Versa SR has a sportier look, thanks to its rear spoiler and dark chrome grille. Several luxury upgrades are found here as well, including a leather-wrapped steering wheel, keyless entry, and a remote engine start. The Versa SR also has unique upholstery and a six-speaker audio system.

Interior Space

When you look at the 2021 Versa, you may think it does not offer enough interior space for your busy life. This is not true, however. The S trim level has a 14.7 cubic feet trunk, while the SV and SR models give you a total of 15 cubic feet. And as for passenger space, both rows offer ample headroom and legroom. On top of offering plenty of space, the cabin's overall look and feel are pleasing and relaxing. Soft-touch surfaces on the dashboard and interior door panels help give the Versa an upscale look.
